LANGLEY LONDON — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply to orders placed through the Langley London online shop. Langley London is operated by Sipco Atlantic, a business registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42190324). You can contact us at info@langley-london.co.uk. Business correspondence address: This address is for correspondence only, not customer visits or returns.

1. APPLICATION

These conditions govern the purchase of our clothing and related goods. Nothing in them restricts mandatory statutory consumer rights.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to keep images, descriptions, measurements and prices accurate. Slight differences in screen colour may occur, but all goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Obvious errors may be corrected before accepting an order, and we will contact you if a material correction affects your order.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Before submitting an order, review your details and total amount. An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We acknowledge receipt by email and accept the order when we confirm acceptance or dispatch it. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for it. The available payment methods appear at checkout. We may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. PRICES, TAXES AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery costs and any applicable charges are presented before you place an order. Standard shipping costs £4.95 for orders below £75, and is free for orders of £75 or more, subject to the live checkout and eligible delivery locations. Applicable VAT must be handled in accordance with law, and we will not impose undisclosed fees after purchase.

5. FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY

Goods are fulfilled through international logistics partners. Factory sourcing normally takes approximately 1–3 business days, followed by around 6–10 business days of international transit to UK destinations, subject to stock availability, peak-season volume and carrier circumstances. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We remain responsible for delivery as required by law; a tracking scan alone does not conclusively transfer risk to you. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more detail. Unless otherwise agreed, applicable rules normally require delivery within 30 days.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For most eligible distance purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then send them back within another 14 days. Email info@langley-london.co.uk to tell us you wish to cancel and obtain return instructions and the applicable return address. Prior permission is not required to exercise statutory cancellation rights. For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for disclosed international return postage to China. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods have separate legal remedies. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. ADDRESS DETAILS

You must provide an accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, email us promptly; we will try to correct it before processing or dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after fulfilment begins.

8. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not exclude consumer rights for defective products or undelivered orders. Any other limitation applies only so far as it is fair and lawful.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original site content, artwork, branding, texts and imagery are protected under applicable intellectual property rules, subject to any third-party rights.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

11. COMPLAINTS

Please email info@langley-london.co.uk with your order number and an explanation of the issue. We will review and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their habitual residence where applicable, including protections relevant to customers in the United Kingdom.

13. CHANGES

Changes to these terms apply to subsequent purchases unless an existing contract is lawfully amended.
